Christian Theroux approached us and said "build me something amazing". So naturally we found the best real estate IDX software and integrated into the latest and greatest framework.

I n the competitive field of real estate, Sotheby’s agent Christian Theroux needed a website that was not only cutting edge but set him apart from the competition. Sotheby’s prides themselves on offering high end, engaging content for their users, and integrating both a real estate listing API and lifestyle resources was paramount for this project. The website needed to be user-friendly on all devices, as most home shopping is done on the go. While there is “plenty to go around” in the Central Coast realty market, realtors need to do everything they can to set themselves apart from the competition and grow a loyal client base. This is done most effectively through word of mouth advertising from happy clients, networking at local events, and by maintaining a high impact, high quality brand image through print and web mediums. In a digital world full of template-built realtor websites, Christian Theroux had an opportunity to really set the stage for a premiere real estate web experience for his clients.

This custom website features a right aligned custom menu with over 120 IDX features for his real estate marketing. The site was engineered to impress all prospective clients but also to inform people about Sothebys's International.

The average smartphone visitor is spending approximately 2 minutes, 30 seconds on a website and viewing two pages.
